Harvest and selection of the grapes followed by soft pressing; fermentation of the free-run must in steel tanks and aging in steel for around six months on the yeasts, plus a few months in the bottle.

Brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense and fruity nose, where the golden apple stands out. Good balance and persistence.

Fish dishes in sauces, fish soups, shellfish.
