Description

From a 2 hectare plot located in the famous AOC of Chassagne-Montrachet. Rooted in the famous Chassagne stone and facing East, the vines benefit from the fresh air which contributes to the pure and aromatic signature of this wine. A delicate pressing precedes traditional vinification. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Tasting

The color is a beautiful pale gold. The nose combines stone fruit fragrances with notes of fresh honey. The large sip fascinates with its aromatic purity, its beautiful acidity and its minerality. Subtle notes of wood accompany the tasting until a persistent and mineral finish.

Pairings

It is the ideal accompaniment for foie gras, seafood and French cheeses (especially goat’s cheeses).
