Description

Fermentation in stainless steel or concrete wine vessels, then the Sangiovese is refined for at least twelve months in cement vessels. Aging from 12 to 24 months in exhausted French barriques. Maturation continues in the bottle for another 12 months.

Vigna Grospoli represents the quintessence of the Lamole terroir, the “Gran Cru” of what has been nicknamed “the Burgundy of Chianti”. A wine of grace and depth, in which the floral notes of wisteria, iris and lavender intertwine with the balsamic ones, combined with hints of musk and earth. Great finesse, elegance, intensity.
