Description

Fermentation in stainless steel or concrete wine vessels, then the Sangiovese is refined for at least twelve months in cement vessels. Aging from 12 to 24 months in exhausted French barriques. Maturation continues in the bottle for another 12 months.

Tasting

Ruby red color. Broad and intense nose, with notes of currant, thyme, musk and tobacco. Agile and fresh sip, with good structure and vibrant acidity.

Grilled red meats, roasts, braised meats, game, mature cheeses.
