The land is located at an altitude between 200 and 300m above sea level, with hilly orography on clay-loam soils with a sub-alkaline reaction (pH from 7.5 to 7.9) rich in nutritional elements. The area is characterized by mild winters and dry, windy summers with notable day/night temperature variations. The manual fermentation process takes place of Chardonnay in boxes with careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard takes place in the second half of August. Fermentation is carried out in steel at a temperature of 16-17°C. Aging 8 months on the noble lees, partly in oak (65%, first and second passage barriques) and partly in concrete tanks (35%); finally in the bottle for at least 22 months.
