Manual harvest in boxes in mid-September; destemming-crushing, maceration lasting 8-9 hours in a press at 8°C; soft pressing of the crushed grapes and cold static clarification of the must; fermentation at a temperature of 16/18°C for approximately 16 days. Blending of wines obtained from a single grape variety in compliance with the percentages indicated in the production regulations. Maturation in steel for 6 months, refinement in bottle for 2 months.
Intense pink color, delicate notes on the nose with hints of fresh fruit, fresh and lively sip.
Aperitif, cured meats and cheeses, appetizers, pizza.
