Description

Following a very short maceration phase, fermentation is slow and at low temperatures, so as to extract all the fruity and floral aromas. The slight liveliness is due to the natural refermentation of the wine in the autoclave, started with the addition of a small part of sweet wine.

Tasting

Deep pink colour; nose of raspberry and cherry, dog rose, iris and violet; dry and balanced sip, with good freshness and softness.

Pairings

Starters, fish and shellfish, white meat and vegetarian dishes.
