Description

The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are vinified in steel, with a maceration period of 12/15 days at 24/26°C. The wine then matures in steel and large oak barrels for approximately 30 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour with garnet hues. Ample and balsamic nose of eucalyptus and rosemary, with hints of plum jam and blackberry, and spicy notes of black pepper, nutmeg, chocolate and vanilla. The flavour is ethereal, harmonious, well structured, rightly tannic with a pleasant aftertaste of ripe fruit, persistent.
