Description

The grapes are harvested and selected manually. Spontaneous fermentation without the addition of yeasts lasts, including maceration, between 15 and 20 days. Steel matures for a few months.

Tasting

Clear ruby red colour, with beautiful liveliness; intense and persistent nose with notes of mulberry and cherry, plum and a spicy touch of black pepper. Dry, warm, tending towards soft sip thanks to non-invasive tannins and a sustained and enveloping structure.

Tasty appetizers, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
