After destemming and pressing, with a short maceration on the skins for a few hours, the wine ages in steel for 5/6 months.
A nose of plum, morello cherry, and spices. On the palate, softness and freshness balance with a lovely finish. A youthful, easy-drinking wine.
Aperitif, starters, white meats, cured meats and cheeses.
