Cinqueterre DOC 2020

The vineyard is located at approximately 150-300 meters above sea level on a very steep terraced hill, characterized by predominantly sandy soils. Cinqueterre is produced with carefully selected grapes harvested exclusively by hand. The bunches, taken to the cellar, are destemmed and delicately pressed and then carry out the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature for a few weeks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is drawn off, after which the wine is aged for a few months in stainless steel vats, before being bottled and put on the market.

Intense straw yellow colour. The scent is pleasant and of good intensity, with hints of citrus fruits, wild flowers and Mediterranean aromatic herbs. The taste is soft, harmonious and balanced, with notable flavor and freshness.

Starters, first courses and fried fish. Also excellent with fresh cheeses and risottos.
