Manual harvesting of grapes; half of the mass is pressed directly, the other half macerates on the skins for a few hours; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maturation in steel for at least 3 months.

Deep cherry pink color, fine and complex nose, mineral, fruity and citrus, of cherry and pomegranate, with notes of violet and aromatic herbs; dry and soft sip, of notable freshness and persistence.

Fish starters and first courses, vegetarian dishes, medium-aged cheeses.
