Cirò Rosso Classico Superiore DOC 2022

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard, in the first and second ten days of October; the grapes are left to macerate at a thermo-controlled temperature for approximately 15 days; once alcoholic fermentation is complete it is softly pressed; the wine matures in concrete tanks for 24/36 months.

Garnet red colour; intense, fragrant and persistent nose; harmonious and well-balanced sip, with the marked typicality of Gaglioppo, evident but not intrusive tannins.

Grilled meats, roasts, meat starters, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
