Drying for 10/12 days in boxes, cold pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation at 22°C for 10/12 days in steel; maturation in traditional wooden barrels for 12 months and subsequent refinement in bottle for another 12 months.

Ruby red color with garnet shades; elegant nose of dog rose and small dried red fruits; powerful, rich and fresh sip, with fine and elegant tannins and a finish with a touch of liquorice.
