Cannonau
From the Dorgali vineyard (Nuorese) with sandy soils from granite weathering, a representative Cannonau. Fermentation at temperatures below 30°C, with native yeasts, from crushed and destemmed grapes, with 7-day maceration and manual punching down; It matures for six months in steel and in barriques of at least four passages, and then rests for six months in the bottle before being released on the market.
It has a medium-deep color, tending towards orange with evolution. The nose is spicy, fruity and balsamic. In the mouth it is savory, warm and of medium opulence, good softness and length
Ideal to accompany meat-based first courses, spit-roasted suckling pig, grilled red meats, Sardinian sausage and various cured meats, mature pecorino cheese.
