Collequinto Rosato Tintilia del Molise DOP, 2024

Harvested by hand in boxes in the first half of October; the grapes are gently crushed and left to macerate cold for at least 10 hours at a temperature of 6/8 °C; they are then pressed and the must is left to decant at a low temperature for at least 12 hours, then fermented at a temperature of 18 °C; the wine matures in stainless steel barrels.

Soft pink colour, intensely fruity nose with hints of blackberries, strawberries and wild berries; dry, soft, savoury, full-bodied and enveloping taste.

Cold cuts, fish and meat dishes with tomato sauces, grilled fish, seafood soups.
