Description

Hand harvested in October; the destemmed and pressed grapes ferment in steel with their skins for 8/10 days; the wine matures for 12 months in 20hl oak barrels and refines in the bottle for 12 months.

Pale garnet red, fragrant and intriguing, light, pleasantly spicy and balanced.
