Harvest between late September and early October, spontaneous fermentation in contact with the skins; the wine matures in a 30 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrel for 2 years.
Nose of red flowers and cherries, with spicy and mineral notes; pulpy and juicy sip, deep, savory and persistent.
Stewed meats, braised meats, grilled meats, mature cheeses.
