The grapes are harvested in the morning and placed in a cold room to lower the temperature and avoid unwanted oxidation. This is followed by a very soft pressing of the whole bunch to break the grape and remove only the free-run must which ferments in white in exhausted barriques, where the wine matures until the following spring, ready to be bottled.

Straw yellow colour. On the nose it presents a bouquet that recalls flint and white flowers, in the mouth it is enveloping, fresh and tasty which invites you to drink.
