“Coriolano” Vintage Ribona Colli Maceratesi DOC 2019

The grapes remain partly in contact with the skins for a few hours; controlled temperature fermentation, long rest of about a year on the fine lees, maturation of about 6/7 months in medium-sized oak.

Deep straw yellow colour. Framework characterized by yellow pulp fruit, medlar, citrus hints, honeyed, buttery tones, pastry, candied fruit.

Paired with dishes of aromatic and gustatory persistence: cod with potatoes, vincisgrassi from the Macerata tradition.
