Description

The vines thrive on clay and limestone soils, covered with stones, in a small vineyard located between Chanson and the Hospices de Beaune, on a small promontory of the Corton hill.

Tasting

It reveals a golden yellow appearance and a splendid shine. The nose opens up with fragrances of white flowers, cedar, lemon, lime and splendid hints of minerality. On the palate it is complex and fine, savory and fresh, the mineral note is well integrated and the finish is long and intense.

Seafood, prawns, fish in sauce, foie gras.
