BottlesManual harvest, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and maceration for 2 days; maturation in steel for 8 months on the fine lees with spontaneous malolactic fermentation; bottle refinement for three months.
Deep golden yellow colour; intense nose of dried apricot, candied citrus peel, thyme and rosemary, with balsamic and mineral notes; wide and deep sip, dynamic, with good presence of soft tannins and nice flavor.
Seafood second courses, crustaceans and molluscs, roasts, cured meats and mature cheeses.
