Description

Manual harvesting of the grapes, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and 15 days of maceration on the skins; the wine then matures for 6 months in traditional 600lt barrels (demi-muid).

Aromatic and fruity nose, with floral and mineral notes and hints of undergrowth; fresh, savory and persistent sip, very clean.
