Description

Grapes completely destemmed and crushed, fermentation in cement for about 15 days and subsequent maturation in tank for 8/15 months; bottled without filtration.

Tasting

Nose of ripe red and dark fruits, with notes of Mediterranean scrub and pepper; soft sip with velvety tannins, hints of fruit, tobacco and leather, with good acidity and spicy finish of blackcurrant.

Stewed meats, braised meats, casseroles, overcooked meats, mature cheeses.
