Description

Manual harvest at full maturity in perforated boxes; destemming and soft pressing, fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 7 days; the wine matures in 500lt oak barrels and ages in the bottle for at least 6 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color with orange reflections; fruity, slightly peppery nose; soft and fresh sip, with good persistence.

Pairings

Ground appetizers, grilled white meats, roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
