Description

Manual harvest in boxes; pressing and destemming, spontaneous fermentation at temperatures below 30°C, with 7-day maceration and manual punching down; the wine matures for 6 months in steel and in barriques of at least 4 passages; refines in the bottle.

Deep ruby color tending towards garnet; intense and complex nose, with iodine and balsamic notes, and hints of red fruits and spices; savory and structured sip.
