Sangiovese Grosso 100%
Manual harvest at the end of September. Vinification in 35/45 hl stainless steel tanks with maceration for approximately 18/20 days at a constant temperature of 30°C. The wine matures for 40 months in 5/10hl oak barrels and refines in the bottle for 8 months.
Intense ruby red color with sparkling garnet notes. Seductive and complex nose, with notes of forest and undergrowth, medicinal herbs, red rose, spices and small ripe red fruits. On the palate it is refined and elegant, then more powerful and concentrated, with perfect minerality, freshness and never intrusive acidity.
Roasts, game, grilled red meats, mature cheeses.
