Manual harvest of the grapes between the end of August and the beginning of September; fermentation in steel at 26/28°C, with maceration on the skins for 6/8 days. The wine matures for 12 months in large oak barrels and tonneaux, and refines for at least 4 months in the bottle.

Intense ruby ​​red color with violet reflections; nose of red fruits and spices, with balsamic and mineral notes, of Mediterranean herbs; complex, elegant and juicy sip, with a good tannic texture and a strong personality with a well-integrated sensation of wood overall.
