Garganega, Trebbianello, Trebbiano, Cortese, Incrocio Manzoni
Hand harvested in mid-September; the grapes are destemmed and pressed, fermented in steel tanks for 8/10 days at 16°C; maturation for 6 months in steel tanks, refinement for 3 months in the bottle.
Light, fragrant and aromatic white with a good structure and ability to evolve.
Aperitif, cured meats, tortellini with butter and sage, salted fish.
