Garganega, Trebbianello, Chardonnay
Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard in mid-September; for each variety, the collection and soft pressing of the crushed grapes are carried out separately, followed by static clarification of the must at 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C lasting 15 days. Blending of wines obtained from a single grape variety in compliance with the percentages indicated in the production specifications; the wine matures on the yeasts for 6 months and refines in the bottle for 2 months.
Pale and brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose notes of fruit, with prevalent hints of banana and green apple. The sip is full, full-bodied, with a fresh and savory finish.
