Description

First fermentation of the base wine in steel, then traditional refermentation in the bottle. The entire sparkling process takes place at 2173 meters above sea level, where the atmospheric characteristics influence its specific qualities. Dégorgement no earlier than 36 months.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. The bouquet is floral, with extremely typical mineral notes. In the mouth it is mineral, with good flavor and freshness.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
