70% Malvasia del Lazio, 30% Greco
Harvest between mid-September and mid-October; soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature at 15/16°C for 12 days, with selected yeasts and without the addition of sulphites. Aging in steel for 2/6 months depending on the vintage.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Nose of sweet fruits, with typical hints of ripe pear. On the palate it is fresh and lively with a dry and almondy aftertaste.
Traditional first courses from Lazio (cheese and pepper above all), roasts in the oven.
