Dogliani 2023

From various vineyards located in the San Luigi area, in the Dogliani Cru, with ages ranging from 40 to 65 years. Average altitude of 360 meters above sea level and clay-limestone soil. The fermentation is divided into 50% in steel and the remaining 50% in concrete, with three weeks in contact with the skins. After alcoholic fermentation, the two parts are assembled and placed in concrete tanks, where the malolactic fermentation is completed. Aging in cement until bottling.

Intense ruby ​​red colour; on the nose ripe red fruit and delicate floral hints. In the mouth it is fresh and very pleasant, with an almondy finish.

Perfect throughout the meal, it goes well with first courses with meat sauces and medium-aged cheeses.
