Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard starting from the third ten days of September; traditional red fermentation for 5 days with pumping over and daily punching down. Aging in vitrified concrete and stainless steel for approximately 10 months with periodic decanting.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour; on the nose floral hints with a prevalence of small red fruits; in the mouth it is fresh, of medium structure with the characteristic almond aftertaste, typical of the vine.
