Dolcetto 100%
Spontaneous fermentation with two weeks of maceration on the skins. Aged for 10 months in steel.
Ruby red color with purple reflections; intense nose of blueberries and spices; juicy and vibrant sip, with well-present and dynamic tannins.
Roasts, grilled white meats, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses.
