Dolcetto
Maceration and fermentation for 10 to 15 days in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Matures in steel until the end of spring, refines for 3 months in the bottle.
Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Very fruity, delicate nose with an unmistakable hint of violet. Dry, harmonious and pleasantly bitter on the palate; structured and elegant due to its right acid balance, it is a ready-to-drink wine.
Starters, meat-based first courses, medium-aged cheeses.
