Grenache Gris 60%, Macabeu 40%
Spontaneous fermentation with whole bunch maceration for one month, then maturation for 8 months in 1000-liter Italian amphora. Bottled without filtering and without added sulphites.
Bright cherry red color, slightly cloudy; nose of red fruits, ripe cherry, with fresh notes of undergrowth and hints of leather; fresh and dynamic sip, with returns of ripe red fruit.
Land appetizers, English roast beef, white meats.
