Nebbiolo
Destemming of the grapes and soft pressing, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, maturation for 12 months in oak barrels, aging for 12 months in the bottle.
Pale ruby red colour; nose of small fruits and dried flowers, with a light background of undergrowth; warm and dry sip, with well integrated tannin and good persistence.
Grilled red meats, semi-mature cheeses, meat-based first courses.
