Elettrice Chardonnay Toscana IGT 2021

Harvested by hand in small boxes and selected on sorting tables, the grapes are pressed at low temperature and ferment spontaneously in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and continues with maturation in French oak barriques. After the period in barrique, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks where it clarifies naturally without filtering. It is then bottled and rests for a minimum of 3 months before being released on the market.

Intense golden yellow color; nose of exotic and tropical fruit, with fresh balsamic sensations and toasted hints. Soft sip, with good acidity and perfect balance.
