Description

Harvest of the grapes at the end of September, vinification in steel with short maceration of 8 hours, subsequent pressing and fermentation in white at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Maturation in steel for 6 months and refinement in bottle for 2 months.

Intense pink color; fresh and fragrant, with notes of cherry and watermelon; savory and mineral.
