Description

Manual harvest at the end of September with selection in the vineyard. The whole grapes are kept in the press for 8 hours at a temperature of 15°C then proceed with soft pressing followed by cold static decantation. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 18°C in steel containers. The wine is then shaken on the fine lees for a few months before being filtered and prepared for bottling.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour. Aromatic nose, intense and fine, with marked notes of white flowers and white pulp fruits. Dry and mineral on the palate, delicate and enveloping, with a return of the aromatic notes present on the nose; long persistence.
