Era Cannellino di Frascati DOCG 2021

Fermentation at a controlled temperature at 15/16°C, with selected yeasts and without the addition of sulphites; the fermentation is interrupted by drastically lowering the temperature to 0°C so as to be able to still keep the natural unfermented sugars in solution which then give the wine that honeyed and sweet note. Aging in steel for 5/6 months.

Golden yellow color; nose of dried fruit and honey, warm and soft sip, but with the right freshness

Traditional pairing with pecorino romano, also excellent for dessert.
