100% Falanghina dei Campi Flegrei
Manual harvest in wicker containers with selection in the vineyard; the grapes are crushed, destemmed and vinified in the absence of oxygen, at a controlled temperature of 5°C and with a 12-hour maceration; the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a maximum temperature of 17/18°C and is followed by a maturation of 3 months in steel containers; after some decanting, the wine is then bottled around the end of March.
Light straw yellow color with light greenish nuances; nose of broom and Mediterranean scrub flowers; fresh and saline sip, harmonious and soft.
Fish dishes, white meats, vegetable pies, fresh cheeses.
