“Faye” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 2017

Faye ferments and matures for six months in small oak barrels, in contact with fine lees. Refinement in stainless steel and bottle for a couple of years before being put on the market.

Intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Complex nose, of vanilla, almonds, hazelnut, with a base of hay, moss and flint. Dry and frank sip, with a lot of character and an important structure.

Fish dishes, especially baked and salted, first courses, white meats.
