Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard at the end of September; red vinification with maceration on the skins for 10 days; the wine matures for 6 months in large 50hl barrels and 6 months in steel.

Tasting

Intense ruby red colour; intense nose of blackberry and black cherry, with hints of tobacco and leather; enveloping and soft on the palate, with good flavour and freshness.
