Manual harvest of the grapes in the last week of October; soft pressing and cold static decantation; fermentation in steel at low temperature. The wine remains on the lees for a few months before being bottled.

Straw yellow colour; elegant and delicate nose, of peach and aromatic herbs, with balsamic notes; enveloping and full sip, supported by great freshness and flavor.
