Description

Wine obtained from a single Cru vineyard in Summonte, located at 650m on rocky-clayey soil. The hand-picked grapes pass a strict selection in the cellar, where they are then directly pressed. The must is cooled to 8° for 24 hours. Fermentation is always controlled at around 12 – 13° C for 60 days. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks with frequent batonnages for 12 months, and refines in the bottle at least 6 months before being released on the market. Exceptional wine immediately, but perfect for long aging.

Tasting

Straw yellow colour, persistent and intense aroma, with hints of white flowers, toasted notes and hydrocarbons. Fresh flavour, with marked acidity, structured and balanced.

Pairings

Important and structured dishes, both fish and meat, cooked with butter.
