100% Incrocio Bruni 54
The grapes are harvested by hand and collected in small crates in the second half of August. white vinification, fermentation in thermo-controlled vats for 3 weeks at 15°/18°C. Maturation at low temperature for 3/4 months.
Deep yellow colour. Fine and delicate nose with notes of acacia flowers, apple, citrus fruits and a slightly aromatic finish. Consistent, savory, mineral, structured and persistent sip, dry, fresh and balanced with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Vegetarian dishes, seafood first courses, baked fish, roasted white meats.
