Description

Destemming and soft pressing; static decantation for 12 hours, decanting, addition of sulfur dioxide and inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place partly in oak tonneaux, partly in steel at 15/16°C.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Nose of yellow flowers and citrus fruits, orange peel and hints of aromatic herbs. Full and soft sip, well supported by a fresh and savory vein. The reference to orange juice and candied raisins is clear and enriched by flavor.

Smoked fish, seafood crudités, spicy and aromatic vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses.
