Organic
Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes. The must obtained is decanted for 24 hours and preserved sweet with its own sugars at low temperature. After two weeks on its yeasts it is filtered and after about 20 days bottled.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Nose with the typical scent of Moscato grapes and orange blossom, peach and citrus fruits. Sip balanced between minerality and sweetness, slightly acidic, with a persistent aromatic finish.
Fruit tarts, puff pastry, desserts with custard.
